Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy in St. Charles, IL seeks a Full Time BCBA to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and therapists to deliver quality ABA care for pediatric patients.

Required: Masters in ABA and board certification. Competitive compensation from 78,000 to 87,000 USD annually with a $12,000 sign-on bonus and student debt benefit program.
