RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy in St Charles, IL is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead ABA services for pediatric patients. The BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and other therapists to design and oversee effective programs.

Requires a Master’s in ABA and BCBA certification. Competitive compensation of 78,000–87,000 with a $12,000 signing bonus and student debt benefit, plus health plans and 401(k) matching.

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time BCBA for our St Charles, IL location. We are a multidisciplinary outpatient center providing ABA services along with PT,OT and SLP. We are seeking a BCBA to join our team to provide ethical, quality ABA care for our pediatric patients. RUSH Kids offer opportunities for growth and mentorship within the field of ABA. Our BCBAs design and oversee programs for children with autism served by RUSH Kids. In this position, the BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate with families and other therapists, among other responsibilities. We are looking for a professional, compassionate candidate with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.

Masters Degree in ABA and board certification required.

Set a High Standard of Care:

• Complete and maintain required trainings and maintain compliance with government regulations
• Maintain ongoing documentation with clearly stated goals, progress and medical necessity

• Create behavior intervention plans based off functional behavioral assessments and define and track behavior in observable and measurable terms
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
