RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy in Naperville, IL is hiring a Full Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our expanded outpatient ABA team. The BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, complete assessments, design and oversee programs, and collaborate with families and other therapists to deliver ethical, quality care for pediatric patients.

The role offers a $75,000-$87,000 salary range, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus student loan repayment assistance, company health plans, 401(k) matching,

Qualifications

• Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification required.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and complete assessments.
• Collaborate with families and other therapists to ensure quality care.
