Job summary

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy seeks a full-time BCBA to join our Lake Barrington, IL outpatient center. The BCBA will supervise technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate with families and other therapists to provide ethical ABA care for pediatric patients.

Master's in ABA and BCBA certification required; compensation ranges from $75,000 to $87,000 annually with a $10,000 bonus plus student loan repayment assistance. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

Responsibilities

• Complete trainings and maintain compliance with government regulations
• Maintain ongoing documentation with clearly stated goals, progress and medical necessity
• Create behavior intervention plans based on functional behavioral assessments and track behavior
