The Place for Children with Autism in Orland Park, IL seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care, shape treatment plans, and coach RBTs. You'll manage a small caseload and collaborate with families to drive progress across settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master’s degree in ABA.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active IL LBA license.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of 6–8 clients with a billable expectation.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop ABA-based treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists.
• Analyze data trends and adjust programming based on progress.
• Collaborate with families through coaching and progress updates.
• Lead clinical team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions.
