Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy in St Charles, IL is seeking a Full Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary outpatient ABA team serving pediatric patients. The BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate with families and other therapists, designing and overseeing programs to improve outcomes for children with autism.

Masters in ABA and BCBA certification required; competitive compensation with a $12,000 sign-on and comprehensive

• Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Set a High Standard of Care: Complete and maintain required trainings and maintain compliance with government regulations.
• Maintain ongoing documentation with clearly stated goals, progress and medical necessity.
• Review and adhere to policies & procedures manual.
• Create behavior intervention plans based on functional behavioral assessments and track behavior in observable and measurable terms.
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients.

Compensation: 78,000-$87,000 annually, based on years of experience

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time BCBA for our St Charles, IL location. We are a multidisciplinary outpatient center providing ABA services along with PT,OT and SLP. We are seeking a BCBA to join our team to provide ethical, quality ABA care for our pediatric patients. RUSH Kids offer opportunities for growth and mentorship within the field of ABA. Our BCBAs design and oversee programs for children with autism served by RUSH Kids. In this position, the BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate with families and other therapists, among other responsibilities. We are looking for a professional, compassionate candidate with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.

Masters Degree in ABA and board certification required.
