Qualifications

• At least three years of LPN experience in a pediatric primary care office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited LPN program.
• LPN Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support daily clinical operations.
• Serve as the primary clinical trainer and competency validator for medical assistants and LPNs.
• Maintain documentation for quality and safety compliance.
• Function as triage nurse and clinical escalation point for patient care issues.
• Provide floor coverage and Immunization and POC testing support.
