Job summary

Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children in Hawai‘i is seeking a Patient Service Representative for the Pediatric Ambulatory Unit. You will help ensure patients and families receive warm, friendly assistance and act as a liaison between patients and clinical staff.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and basic computer skills; one year of clerical experience with public contact. Preferred: associate degree in health administration or related field and medical terminology

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills required.
• 1 year of clerical support experience in a position with public contact or related experience.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in Health Administration or related field; medical terminology course; 1 year experience in a physician’s office or outpatient clinic setting.
