Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collect data and document information for records and patient care.
• Obtain vital signs and report abnormalities to RN/Provider.
• Provide basic nursing care and assist with patient flow.
• Ensure equipment is functional and report repairs as needed.
• Collect specimens for testing and assist with POCT where applicable.
• Explain procedures and resources to families; maintain confidentiality.
• Meet documentation requirements and complete tasks as assigned.
