Responsibilities

• Collect data and document for meaningful use, obtain vitals, orient families.
• Recognize abnormalities and escalate to RN/Provider; support pain assessment and safety.
• Provide basic nursing tasks and assist patient mobility and discharge.
• Check and maintain equipment, perform routine lab-related tasks as assigned.
• Inform patients/guardians about collection process and resources.
• Meet Joint Commission/DOH documentation requirements; complete weekly CHEX.
