Job summary

Pediatric Home Service in Richardson, TX is seeking a full-time Admissions Representative to join our patient-focused customer service team. You will manage DME intake, referrals, insurance details, and support the CS helpdesk.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, exceptional organization and communication skills, and Brightree EHR familiarity is a plus. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 16 months of related experience and/or training.
• DME intake admissions experience preferred.
• Exceptional organization multitasking problem solving and communication.
• Strong keyboard skills and customer service mindset.
• Experience with Brightree EHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs intake of DME through Brightree database.
• Coordinates the New Product Request process.
• Coordinates activities of the Customer Service helpdesk.
• Performs duties of the Coordinator of the Day (COD).
• Obtains new patient referrals and supporting documentation.
• Obtains insurance authorization information and enters data.
• Maintains patient information and coordinates intake for special organizations.
• Supports evening and Saturday on-call staff.
• Handles billing-related complaints and routes investigations.
• Reads orders to determine items to move or distribute.
