Job summary

Pediatric Home Service is seeking a full-time Admissions Representative in Jacksonville, FL. You will manage DME intake via Brightree, coordinate referrals, and support the CS helpdesk while delivering compassionate service to families of medically complex children.

This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team dedicated to patient care. On-site hours are Monday through Friday, with on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• DME intake/admissions experience preferred.
• Experience with Brightree EHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform DME intake through Brightree database.
• Coordinate the New Product Request process.
• Coordinate activities of the Customer Service helpdesk.
• Assist the Coordinator of the Day (COD) duties as needed.
• Obtain new patient referrals and supporting documentation.
• Verify insurance information and benefits for services.
• Process patient and prescriber information changes.
