Job summary

Pediatric Home Service in Richardson, TX is seeking a full-time Admissions Representative to join our patient-centered team. You will handle DME intake, referrals and insurance information, coordinate the CS helpdesk, and ensure accurate patient data in Brightree.

This role supports on-call rotations and requires strong organization and communication skills to serve medically complex children and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with DME intake/admissions preferred.
• Must be exceptionally organized with strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Experience with Brightree EHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform DME intake and admissions activities.
• Coordinate New Product Request and CS helpdesk tasks.
• Obtain referrals, documentation, and insurance information.
• Maintain patient and prescriber records in the database.
• Support on-call rotations and resolve billing/service issues.
