Qualifications

• Collect and record a variety of routine patient data accurately.
• Provide basic patient care activities to support comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

• As directed by healthcare professional, collect and record patient data to ensure chart accuracy.
• Perform basic patient care activities to support comfort and safety of patients.
• Mentor students and new employees through clinical instruction and knowledge sharing.
• Identify and report unusual findings to healthcare professionals for timely intervention.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for unit operations.
• Participate in daily care rounds, meetings, and in-service programs to stay updated on care plan changes.
• Provide orientation to unit and hospital systems for patients and families.
• Educate patients and families on basic technical procedures and daily living safety.
