Northeast Arc's Building Blocks and Building Bridges BT’s provide individualized ABA services to children ages 15 months to 12 years with ASD or Down syndrome and their families. Behavior Therapists work in a team atmosphere with BCBAs, Early Intervention staff, families and caregivers using Natural Environment Training and evidence-based approaches.

Our program seeks dedicated therapists to collaborate on goals, attend trainings, complete notes, and ensure the health and safety of clients in

Qualificações

• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide home and community-based support to individuals using evidence-based ABA approaches.
• Work directly with individuals and families in natural environments to improve communication and daily living skills.
• Teach goals from treatment plans and implement behavior strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Attend and contribute to clinical and non-clinical meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
• Complete session notes, data, and required non-clinical paperwork.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of clients; support school consultations and parent training as needed.
