Achieve Beyond in New York is hiring part-time, hourly paraprofessionals to support pediatric therapy across Manhattan, including the five boroughs and surrounding areas.

You will provide direct ABA instruction under BCBA supervision, participate in collaborative team meetings, communicate with families with debriefs and resources, collect daily data, and maintain confidentiality in line with state and federal regulations. This role offers meaningful work in home, clinic, and community settings.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working with special needs children ages 2–21 in supervised setting.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case.
• Communicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs and resources for home and community use.
• Collect daily data and organize child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information according to state and federal regulations.
