Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time paraprofessionals to provide direct ABA instruction to children aged 2–21 in home, clinic, and community settings across New Jersey. You will collaborate with BCBA and therapy teams, communicate with families, and collect daily data to track progress.

The role values passion for working with children and families, teamwork, and professionalism. Starting hourly rate is $20–$24, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working with special needs children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or a related field.
• Experience using ABA preferred.
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and exercise patience/professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case.
• Communicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs at the end of each session, as well as resources and strategies that can be implemented in the home and community to promote consistency.
• Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
