Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Nanuet, NY is hiring Part‑time Paraprofessionals to support pediatric therapy programs. You will provide direct ABA instruction, work with BCBA and therapists, and communicate regularly with families to promote consistency at home and in the community.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years’ experience with special needs children or related coursework, with ABA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children and families.
• At least 2 years with special needs children ages 2–21 in supervised setting OR related field study.
• ABA experience preferred and training completed with a competency exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan.
• Participate in team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families, provide debriefs and home resources.
• Collect daily data and maintain the child’s program book.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
