Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to deliver ABA services in the Brooklyn area. You will work with children aged 2–21 in home, community, or clinic settings, guided by a BCBA and a collaborative team. Compensation is discussed during interview and depends on experience and education.

We provide training, support, and ongoing CE workshops (ASHA and BACB ACE provider) as part of our benefits, plus team meetings and events to foster professional growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working with special needs children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field.
• Experience using ABA is preferred.
• Completion of 20-hour classroom training provided by Achieve Beyond and passing a competency exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists on the case.
• Communicate frequently with family members with debriefs and home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and maintain the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with state and federal regulations.
