Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in the United States is hiring part-time, hourly Paraprofessional/Behavior Therapists in the Mahopac area. Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years working with children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Successful completion of Achieve Beyond's 20-hour classroom training and competency exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case.
• Communicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs and resources for home/community use.
• Collect daily data and maintain the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with state and federal regulations.
