Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Brooklyn, NY, is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to provide direct ABA instruction under BCBA guidance. You will collaborate with the therapy team, communicate with families, and collect daily data to support individualized programs.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience with special needs children and be enrolled in or have completed a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with children with special needs (ages 2–21).
• Current enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate or graduate program in psychology, healthcare, or related field.
• Experience with ABA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the BCBA-determined plan.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other therapists on cases.
• Communicate with families, offering resources and strategies for home and community.
• Collect daily data and update the program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
