Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time, hourly paraprofessionals to support pediatric ABA therapy in the Bronx. You will provide direct ABA instruction, collaborate with BCBA and therapists, and communicate regularly with families with debriefs and home resources.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience with special needs children and are enrolled in or completed related undergraduate/graduate programs. Training and support are provided in a collaborative, home-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children and families.
• Minimum 2 years with special needs children (ages 2–21) in supervised setting.
• Completion of Achieve Beyond 20-hour classroom training and competency exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction per the BCBA-defined educational plan.
• Participate in team meetings with BCBA and therapists.
• Communicate with families with end-of-session debriefs and home resources.
• Collect daily data and organize the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per State and Federal regulations.
