Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time, hourly Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct ABA instruction in the Bronx. You will collaborate with BCBA and therapy teams, communicating with families and collecting data to support each child’s program.

Preferred candidates hold RBT Certification and have 1–2 years of supervised experience with children ages 2–21; undergraduate study in psychology or related fields is welcomed. Travel to cases may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with children, families, and therapists.
• 1–2 years of experience with children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting
• Undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field (completed or currently enrolled)
• ABA experience preferred
• Holds RBT Certification from BACB

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists
• Communicate with families, provide debriefs and home/community resources
• Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly
• Maintain confidentiality of information per state and federal regulations
