Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services seeks a part-time, hourly paraprofessional/behavior therapist to provide direct ABA instruction in home, community, and clinic settings. You will collaborate with a BCBA and other therapists to implement the educational plan and support families with strategies for consistency across home and community.

The role requires 1–2 years working with children ages 2–21 or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology or related field,

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA and behavior therapy approaches.
• Ability to collect and organize data daily.
• Comfort communicating with families and caregivers.
• Collaborative participation in BCBA-led case discussions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction per BCBA plan.
• Participate in team meetings with BCBA and therapists.
• Debrief with families and provide at-home resources.
• Collect daily data and maintain weekly program book.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal laws.
