Achieve Beyond in Brooklyn is seeking part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to deliver ABA instruction in home, clinic or community settings. You will work with a BCBA and fellow therapists to implement the individualized plan and gather data for progress monitoring.

Successful candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience with special needs children (2–21) or be enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate program in psychology, healthcare, or education. A collaborative team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children and families.
• Minimum 2 years with special needs children (ages 2–21) in a supervised setting.
• Undergrad/grad program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan by the BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other therapists on cases.
• Communicate with families; provide debriefs and at-home resources.
• Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
