Job summary

Achieve Beyond in Brooklyn is hiring part-time, hourly behavior therapists to deliver direct ABA instruction to children in home, community, and clinic settings. You will work with BCBA and the therapy team, collect data, and share strategies with families to promote consistency.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience with special needs, are enrolled in or completed a psychology/healthcare/education program, and show strong communication and teamwork. Training provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working with special needs children in a supervised setting.
• Experience in ABA is preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other therapists on cases.
• Communicate with families with debriefs and provide home/community strategies.
• Collect daily data and organize the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
