Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time paraprofessionals in the New York metro area, with cases available throughout Queens. You will provide direct ABA instruction under BCBA guidance, support families, and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children, families and therapists.
• Experience with special needs is preferred.
• Successful completion of or current enrollment in a related degree program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families after sessions and share home/community strategies.
• Collect daily data and maintain the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per state and federal regulations.
