Job summary

Ivy Rehab is seeking a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a new clinic from the ground up in coordination with Ivy Health's infrastructure and leadership.

You'll lead clinical operations, recruit and develop the team, establish patient experience standards, and partner with real estate, marketing, and payer teams to ensure sustainable growth. BCBA licensed required; pediatric therapy experience preferred; location is flexible within Virginia and beyond.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited ABA program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinic's clinical standard.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
