Job summary

Ivy Health in West Chester, PA seeks a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a new pediatric ABA clinic from the ground up, guiding clinical care, staffing, and patient experience while growing equity. With a BCBA license, you will shape the market, lead the clinic team, and collaborate with Ivy Health leaders across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, and payer contracting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
