Job summary

North Shore Pediatric Therapy in Lincolnwood, IL is hiring a Behavior Therapist (BT) to work 1:1 with autistic children aged 2–12. You will implement therapy plans created by a BCBA and show up consistently as a supportive presence in each child’s day.

No prior clinical experience is required; we provide training, pay for your RBT certification, and mentorship from day one. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Entry-level ABA therapy position; no prior clinical experience required.
• We will train you, pay for your RBT certification, and provide mentorship from day one.
