Job summary

North Shore Pediatric Therapy (NSPT) is seeking a Behavior Therapist to work with children in a clinic-based setting. The role emphasizes assent-based, neuroaffirming care and team-driven collaboration to help autistic children communicate, gain independence, and build confidence.

You’ll be trained and certified as an RBT, with paid training and certification, and opportunities for growth through ongoing coaching and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in babysitting, coaching, camps, classrooms, or similar settings.
• Calm, flexible, and eager to learn—even in tough moments.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with kids ages 2–12 to build communication, independence and confidence.
• Play games on the floor to develop language and social skills.
• Support BCBA by tracking progress and updating therapy plans.
• Take session notes and collaborate with the team throughout the day.
