Action Behavior Centers in Lincoln Park, IL is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children with autism through ABA therapy. You will work 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with optional Saturday shifts based on patient needs.

No experience is required—paid training and full coverage of your RBT certification are provided. You will join a supportive team, follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play and structured activities.

Qualifikationen

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Active pace while working with young children.
• Willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
