Gracent Pediatric Therapy is hiring a Behavior Therapist in Wheaton, IL to work with autistic children 2–12 in a clinic setting. You will implement therapy plans under BCBA supervision, staying calm and consistent to support progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in psychology or related field preferred.
• Ability to actively engage with children, sit on the floor, walk, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with autistic children ages 2–12 implementing therapy plans.
• Be a consistent, supportive presence and show up reliably for sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other therapists in an interdisciplinary team.
