Job summary

North Shore Pediatric Therapy is hiring a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with autistic children ages 2–12. You’ll implement therapy plans created by a BCBA and show up consistently as a steady, supportive presence in each child’s day.

No prior clinical experience required. We train you, cover your RBT certification, and provide mentorship from day one, with schedules including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in psychology or education preferred.
• Able to actively engage with children and sit on the floor, walk, lift up to 45 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with autistic children ages 2–12 and implement therapy plans built by a BCBA.
• Be a consistent, supportive presence in each child’s day.
• Collaborate with other therapists in an interdisciplinary environment.
