North Shore Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Behavior Therapist for our Wheaton, IL clinic. You will work 1:1 with autistic children ages 2–12, following therapy plans created by a BCBA, and you will be supported with mentorship and training as you pursue RBT certification.

Starting pay is $19/hour with $22.50/hour after RBT certification, plus a full benefits package and growth opportunities in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Entry-level ABA therapy role; no prior clinical experience required.
• Must actively engage with children and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
