Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Illinois is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.

No experience required; paid training and full coverage of RBT certification are provided. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time positions with competitive hourly pay and

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required; provide proof of degree.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain pace with active therapy.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
