Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Stamford, CT is hiring Part-time, Hourly Behavior Therapists to support children in home, community and clinic settings. Cases are available across the Stamford area.

Responsibilities include providing direct ABA instruction per BCBA plans, collaborating with the BCBA and therapists, communicating with families, collecting data, and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with special needs children ages 2–21 in supervised setting.
• Enrollment in or completion of undergraduate/graduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field.
• ABA experience preferred and 20-hour training completion

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction per BCBA educational plan.
• Collaborate in team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families, provide debriefs and home/community strategies.
• Collect daily data and update the program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality under state and federal regulations.
