Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time, hourly Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver direct ABA services in the Greenwich/Stamford area, including home, community, and clinic settings. You will work under BCBA guidance and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children's developmental goals.

Requirements include 1–2 years with children 2–21, enrollment in psychology/healthcare/education, and an active RBT certification.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years working with children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• Experience using ABA is preferred.
• Holds RBT Certification from BACB.
• Self-motivated, a team player with patience and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; comfortable in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan with BCBA oversight.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families by providing debriefs and home/community strategies.
• Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
