Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to support children with developmental needs across Essex County. You will deliver ABA instruction, collect daily data, and collaborate with a BCBA and therapy team in home, clinic, or community settings.

The role emphasizes family communication, data-driven progress, and adherence to privacy regulations, with opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and families.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with special needs children aged 2–21.
• Experience using ABA preferred; completion of 20-hour Achieve Beyond training with competency exam.
• Willingness to work in home-based settings and travel within cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the Board Certified Behavior Analyst plan.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families after sessions and provide home/community resources.
• Record daily data and maintain the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
