Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Connecticut is hiring part-time, hourly Registered Behavior Technicians to support ABA services across the Greenwich/Stamford area. You will work with BCBA supervisors to implement individualized programs in home, clinic, or community settings.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification, 1–2 years of experience with children, and strong communication skills; travel to cases is required, and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years working with children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• RBT certification (in progress or completed) preferred.
• ABA experience is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Collaborate in team meetings with BCBA and other therapists on the case.
• Debrief with families after each session and share home/community strategies.
• Collect daily data and maintain the child’s program book.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
