Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Brooklyn is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to deliver direct ABA instruction and support families in home, clinic, or community settings. Work with BCBA-supervised teams, collect daily data, participate in meetings, and help implement educational plans while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children, families, and therapists.
• At least 2 years working with special needs children ages 2-21 in a supervised setting, or current enrollment in related program.
• ABA experience preferred; completion of 20-hour training and competency exam recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan with BCBA oversight.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other behavior therapists.
• Communicate with families, provide debriefs and home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and maintain the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
