Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring Part-time, Hourly Behavior Therapists to serve children in Brooklyn and surrounding areas. You will provide direct ABA instruction, participate in team meetings with BCBA and therapists, and communicate with families, delivering resources and strategies for home and community use.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working with special needs children in supervised settings.
• Enrollment in undergraduate/graduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field.
• Experience with ABA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction as per the BCBA plan.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families, providing debriefs and home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and organize the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
