Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapist Interns to support pediatric ABA services across the New York metro area. The role focuses on direct ABA instruction, data collection, and collaboration with a BCBA and therapy team to support development in home, community, and clinic settings.

Ideal candidates are undergraduate students in psychology, healthcare, or related fields with a passion for helping children and families; experience with ABA is a plus.

Formación

• Passion for working with children, families, and therapists.
• At least 1 year working with children in a supervised setting.
• Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field.
• Experience using ABA preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of 20 hour classroom training and passing competency exam upon completion of training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with family members, provide debriefs and resources for home and community use.
• Collect daily data and organize child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
