Job summary

North Shore Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Behavior Therapist to support pediatric clients in a clinic setting. Start at $19/hour with raises to $22.50 after RBT certification; paid training and certification are provided. Daytime shifts with Saturday availability are required.

As part of a neuroaffirming, assent-based team, you will help children build communication, independence, and confidence, while receiving mentorship and growth opportunities as you progress toward RBT and BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (e.g., babysitting, camps, classrooms) is required.
• Calm, flexible, eager to learn and focused on respectful, empathetic care.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children (ages 2–12) to build communication, independence, and confidence.
• Track progress and take session notes for supervisor updates on therapy plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to problem-solve and adjust support as needed.
