Job summary

North Shore Pediatric Therapy, Inc. is hiring a Behavior Therapist to work in a clinic-based setting. You will help children ages 2–12 build communication, independence, and confidence through hands-on ABA strategies, with real-time coaching from a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll start with paid RBT training, receive raises and performance reviews every 6 months, and have access to health, dental, and vision insurance as a full-time staff member.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in babysitting, coaching, camps or classrooms.
• Calm, flexible, and eager to learn—even in tough moments.
• Belief in supporting kids through respect and empathy, not compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children (ages 2–12) to build communication, independence, and confidence.
• Play games on the floor to develop language and social skills.
• Manage challenging moments with patience and a calm presence; track progress and take session notes for therapy plans.
• Communicate with the team to problem-solve, celebrate wins, and adjust support as needed.
