Job summary

North Shore Pediatric Therapy (NSPT) is hiring Behavior Therapist (Pediatric ABA) in a clinic setting. Starting at $19/hour, with a raise to $22.50 once RBT certified, plus paid training and certification. Daytime shifts with weekend Saturday availability are required.

You’ll work 1:1 with children ages 2–12, helping them build communication, independence, and confidence. A collaborative team provides mentorship and growth opportunities in a supportive, child-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in settings such as babysitting, coaching, camps, or classrooms is preferred.
• Must have the physical stamina to actively engage with kids and manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children (ages 2–12) to build communication, independence, and confidence.
• Track progress and take session notes for BCBA to update therapy plans.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other clinicians to adjust supports.
• Engage in hands-on activities, games, and routines that support home, school, and daily life.
• Maintain a flexible, patient, and child-centered approach throughout sessions.
