Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Autism Aides to support ABA programs in Middlesex County, NJ. The role involves direct ABA instruction, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA and families in home, clinic, and community settings.

Applicants should have 2+ years of experience with special needs children or be enrolled in an related undergraduate/graduate program. Training is provided and confidentiality is required.

Qualifications

• Must be patient and enjoy working with children and families.
• Strong communication with children, families, and team members.
• Able to work well in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the plan by the BCBA.
• Participate in team meetings with BCBA and other therapists on the case.
• Communicate with families after each session and share home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and organize the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
