Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services seeks part-time, hourly Autism Aides to provide direct ABA instruction under supervision in home, community, and clinic settings, with data collection and family debriefs.

Requirements include 2 years with special needs children aged 2–21 or current enrollment in a psychology/healthcare/human services/education program; ABA experience preferred; must be a team player with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA is preferred.
• Able to collaborate with BCBA and other staff.
• Strong communication with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction under BCBA guidance.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other staff.
• Communicate with families and provide debriefs and home/community strategies.
• Collect daily data and organize the client’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
