Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to provide direct ABA instruction across cases in Middlesex County. You will collaborate with BCBA and therapy teammates to implement individualized plans and regularly communicate with families to support consistency at home and in the community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working with special needs children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists on the case.
• Communicate frequently with families by providing debriefs and resources for home/community use.
• Collect daily data and organize the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families per state/federal regulations.
