Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to provide direct ABA instruction across home, community, and clinic settings in Middlesex County, NJ. You will collaborate with BCBA and other therapists, collect daily data, and support families with strategies and resources.

Applicants should have 2+ years with special needs children or be enrolled in a related undergraduate/graduate program; ABA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children, families, and therapists.
• At least 2 years working with special needs children (ages 2–21) in a supervised setting.
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergrad/grad program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field; ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists on the case.
• Communicate with families by providing debriefs and home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and organize the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per state and federal regulations.
